Co-chairs

The co-chairs are the chief executives; they preside over chapter and executive committee meetings, are the official spokespersons of the chapter, and coordinate operations between the chapters various organizations.

Secretary

The secretary is responsible for chapter records, including keeping the minutes of all meetings, motions, resolutions, reports, or other official chapter records that are made during or between chapter meetings, and ensuring that members have access to these records.

In addition to their duties with records and storage, the secretary handles internal requests made to the chapter from either DSA national or individual members, maintains the membership list, and will temporarily assume the duties of the co-chairs in the event of their absence.

Treasurer

The treasurer is responsible for chapter funds and financial record keeping. The treasurer handles donations and accounts, prepares budgets and financial reports, and ensures the chapter remains in compliance with both legal financial regulations, and DSA financial standards.

Membership coordinator

The membership coordinator manages outreach, recruitment, and engagement of both members and non-members with the goal of ensuring both chapter growth as well as ongoing retention, leadership development, and engagement of chapter members.
